Start with the pages. Merge PDF joins files in the order you set and shows a preview, page count and size for each. Split PDF cuts a file into equal parts or exact ranges. Organize pages lets you drag, rotate, duplicate and delete pages from a thumbnail view, and a deleted page stays visible as removed until you save, so mistakes are easy to undo. Smaller tools do one job each: remove blank pages, reverse the order, extract odd or even pages.
Next, the shape of each page. Rotate PDF turns sideways pages by 90 or 180 degrees and stores the change in the file, so text stays selectable. Crop PDF trims margins, either detected automatically or from a box you drag, and Resize PDF puts pages onto A4, Letter or a custom size. Work in a sensible order to avoid redoing steps: fix the pages first, then their look, then the marks, then the finishing touches. Merge and split, delete or reorder, rotate and crop, then annotate or fill, and add numbers and watermarks at the end. Each tool saves a new copy, so your original stays as it was. If a PDF is protected by a password, unlock it before you merge, split or convert it, because several tools need an unprotected file.
