Slides as images, one page each
Slides as images, one page each
Turn a .pptx presentation into a PDF with one page per slide, sized like the slide. Each slide is drawn in your browser and saved as an image, so the layout is close to PowerPoint but not pixel-perfect. The file never leaves your device.
The PDF is image-based, so its text cannot be selected, copied or searched, and links, animations, transitions and speaker notes are dropped. Fonts that are not installed on your device are replaced by similar ones. You can convert all slides or a range such as 1-5, and choose a smaller file, standard quality or sharp text.
No. Each page is a picture of the slide, so the text is not selectable and search finds nothing. If you need real text, use PowerPoint's own Save as PDF.
It will be close, but not identical. Fonts that are missing on your device are substituted, and complex charts, SmartArt and effects may differ. Check the result before you send it.
No, only .pptx. Open the old file in PowerPoint, Keynote or LibreOffice Impress, save it as .pptx, and convert that copy.
No. The slides are drawn and converted in your browser, and the file stays on your device.
No. The PDF shows each slide in its final state as a still image. Animations, transitions, hyperlinks, embedded video and speaker notes are dropped.
Up to 200 slides at a time, from files up to 100 MB. Longer decks can be converted in ranges and joined afterwards.
