Effective 29 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the DocPro website, the DocPro web app and the DocPro Pro subscription. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DocPro.
Who we are
DocPro is operated by Javid Abid, an independent developer based in Australia. Contact: hello@docpro.pro. See also the about page.
The service
DocPro offers PDF, image and passport-photo tools. They are provided “as is” and as available. Features can change, and tools can be added or removed.
Your files
You keep ownership of your files. The web tools process them on your device, in your browser, and do not upload them to DocPro. We do not claim any rights over your files or the results. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you work with and for keeping your own backups. See the privacy policy for the few optional features that do use our servers.
Acceptable use
Do not use DocPro to break the law, to forge or falsely alter documents or identity photos, to infringe other people’s rights, to attack or overload the service, or to try to get around the limits of the free or Pro plans.
DocPro Pro subscription
- All tools are free and need no account, except Sign PDF and the Signature vault, which are part of DocPro Pro.
- DocPro Pro costs A$5.99 per month after a 7-day free trial.
- On the web, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.
No guarantee of outcomes
We try to make the tools accurate, but we do not promise that their output will meet the requirements of any authority, employer, court or other recipient. For example, whether a passport photo is accepted is decided by the issuing authority, so check its current rules before you submit.
Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DocPro and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid for DocPro Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using DocPro after a change, you accept the updated terms. For significant changes to the subscription we will tell you in advance.
